EVERSOLVE – AB

 

(EMULSION SPRAY TYPE METAL CLEANER)

1) PRODUCT:

 

EVERSOLVE – AB is a emulsion type metal cleaner specially formulated to effectively clean oils, soils, from aluminum, iron, steel, zinc, brass, copper, glass, gal vanished steel, casting surface without undesirable consequences.

 

2) EQUIPMENT:

 

The tank for EVERSOLVE – AB may be fabricated out of mild steel, dimensions depending upon the dimensions of the work pieces.  The mild steel tank should be coated with light FRP lining.

BATH PARAMETERS:

 

CONCENTRATION                                     :          5 ltrs of EVERSOLVE – AB for

            every 100 ltrs of working volume.

 

PRESSURE                                                    :           1.5 to 2 bar

OIL CONTENT                                             :           4%

OPERATING TEMPERATURE                 :           Room Temperature.

 

DURATION OF CONTACT TIME :         Generally about 10 to 15 minutes.

(Naturally, the duration of dip for

removing loosely adhering superficial

impurities and/or light films of oil/ grease

will be less than that taken to remove

heavier (or) drying types of coatings etc.,
